Questions owners ask
Do I need any technical skills?
No. We build it, connect it, and send you one snippet (or install it for you). You'll just see bookings arrive in your sheet.
Is it an AI that might say something wrong?
Your bot follows answers you approve — prices, hours, policies. If someone asks something outside that, it collects their contact details so you can follow up.
Does it replace my booking software?
It doesn't have to. It captures the request (name, contact, preferred time) and logs it. You confirm the exact slot in whatever system you use today.
Can I change prices or answers later?
Yes — just message us. Monthly updates are included in the website plan.
Who owns the data?
